Johnson is the founder and CEO of Ocean Collectiv, a consulting firm for conservation solutions, and the founder of Urban Ocean Lab, a think tank for the future of coastal cities. Previously, she was executive director of the Waitt Institute and served as a leader of the march for science. Johnson is the author of “All We Can Save: Truth, Courage, and Solutions for the Climate Crisis,” published in 2020.
