Mullan has led the Waterloo Greenway Conservancy, a nonprofit that works to create and maintain urban parks around Austin’s Waller Creek, since 2015. Previously, he served as executive vice president of the Friends of the High Line, a nonprofit that maintains the High Line public park in New York City, and oversaw the park’s design and construction. Mullan also worked as a designer at Polshek Partnership Architects.
